When our office books your appointment, we prioritize your needs by reserving a dedicated time slot exclusively for you. We believe in providing personalized care, which is why we do not double or triple book our appointment slots. This ensures that you can expect us to be running on time for you, allowing you to plan your day effectively.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In such cases, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in giving us advance notice, as this allows us to offer your reserved time slot to another patient who would be grateful for the opportunity. With your help, we can ensure that everyone receives the care they need.
Please note that any changes to your appointment, including cancellations, made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and provide the best service to all our patients.
